- Who can join the jam?
Any women that is at least 18yrs of age.
- Is the game jam just for women?
The jam itself is exclusively for people who identify themselves as women. It is focused on creating new opportunities for women to enter, or grow their reach within the games sector. However if you're not a women you can still be involved in other ways! (See: I'm not a women - can I still be involved?)
- I'm not a woman - can I still be involved?
Yes! POWER Up! has many ways non-women can contribute. They can join the industry experts / mentor pool for providing support as requested to the game jam teams, offer to host a webinar on a game design topic in the lead up to the event, help spread the word and sponsor the event.
